LAS CRUCES – The 2016-17 Southwestern Athletic Conference Player of the Year is coming to Las Cruces. With its final scholarship for the 2017-18 season, New Mexico State and head coach Chris Jans signed Texas Southern graduate transfer Zach Lofton on Monday.
